Society is a reactive phenomenon, shaped by the constantly transforming forces that operate within it. Societal patterns emerge daily, but many go unnoticed. This blog seeks to illuminate many of these patterns & recommend ideas for how they should be incorporated into planning for the future. Particular emphasis will be placed on the workplace & especially the need of the workplace to evolve alongside human conditions as they adjust to unforeseen societal changes.
